What kind of photos give the best results?
Clear, well-lit photos where the face is facing the camera give the best results. Full body shots produce the most detailed figurines. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.
How big is the figurine?
Small is ~60mm, Medium is ~80mm, Large is ~120mm tall. All are mounted on a sturdy base — perfect for a desk or shelf.
What's in the paint kit?
6 acrylic paints (colors matched to your design), 2 brushes (medium round + fine detail), mixing palette, and a step-by-step painting guide (video tutorial QR code included).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. We'll send you tracking info when your kit ships.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We review every model before printing. If we can't create a quality figurine from your photo, we'll let you know and offer a full refund or the option to send a different photo.
Is the figurine fragile?
